Our programming

The CR Smith Museum offers various educational programs for kids grades K-12 in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Formats include in-person and virtual. The Museum also collaborates with teachers to bring sessions to the classroom. For more information, reach out to education@crsmithmuseum.org

Fostering the next generation of inventors, builders, and dreamers starts early at the Museum. AirCRAFT activities are designed to help children ages 4 to 10 years old develop important capabilities by combining science, technology, engineering, mathematics and…art! AirCRAFT is hosted the second Saturday of each month from 1 to 3 p.m.

Group workshops

The Museum can host a private STEM aviation workshop for your group visit. The workshop focuses on using engineering principals and discusses the forces and foundations of flight. Each lesson is adapted based on the ages and grades in the group. Complete the inquiry form to learn more details.
