DESCRIPTION:Bring the family and escape the winter weather at Snowy Saturday\, Dec. 9 from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the Museum. Visitors can look forward to: \n\nA variety of winter-themed\, engaging\, hands-on activities that expose kiddos to STEM and aviation concepts\, including creating snow and an airplane ornament.\nWinter entertainment that will fill the gallery with cozy feels\, including holiday carols\, face painting\, cookie making and more.\nGiving back to our local community. During the event bring donations to support The Gatehouse\, a DFW nonprofit that equipps single mothers for success by providing housing\, career\, and education programs. Items in need for children include socks\, hats and mittens.\n\nAccess to the event is included in general admission and is free for Museum members. Want to volunteer to support the event?
