Event and Facility Rental Pricing

  • Theater Only (2 hour min)                               **$400.00 per hour
  • Museum Gallery & Hangar (4 hour min**)      $400.00 per hour
  • Classroom                                                              $150.00 per hour

*Please note all events must include set up and tear down in their hourly pricing. (i.e. 100 person evening event add 2 hour set up and 1 hour tear down to estimated cost)

**Projector equipment available in theater only.  Additional charge for projection equipment.

Events at C.R. Smith

Rental Terms

  • Rates are for facility rental only. Does not include tables, chairs, catering, etc.
  • Rental time starts when set-up begins and stops when clean-up is complete/doors locked.
  • Additional charges of $400 per hour will be applied should events go past the time allotment.
  • A ½ (one half) balance of rental is due at time contract is signed. Remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to event date.
  • Checks should be made payable to: The C.R. Smith Museum.
  • Information on Corporate Partnerships and Museum Membership is available upon request.

Audio & Visual Equipment

Podium & Microphone in Theater                       $100.00
Sound System in Hangar/Podium & Mic           $150.00
Video Projector in Theater                                    $300.00
(Video tapes, DVD’s, power point slides
customer must supply laptop).
Center Circle DVD                                                   $150.00

Other Services

  • Security – Any additional security requested by the Sponsor will be provided at an additional charge. The Sponsor will be advised of the additional charges in advance.
  • Custodial – Any additional custodial services needed for groups of 100 may incur additional charges to Sponsor. The museum will advise the sponsor of these charges in advance.
  • Entertainment – Most types of entertainment are permissible in the Museum. Final approval must be obtained by the Event Coordinator at the Museum.
