- Rates are for facility rental only. Does not include tables, chairs, catering, etc.
- Rental time starts when set-up begins and stops when clean-up is complete/doors locked.
- Additional charges of $400 per hour will be applied should events go past the time allotment.
- A ½ (one half) balance of rental is due at time contract is signed. Remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to event date.
- Checks should be made payable to: The C.R. Smith Museum.

- Security – Any additional security requested by the Sponsor will be provided at an additional charge. The Sponsor will be advised of the additional charges in advance.
- Custodial – Any additional custodial services needed for groups of 100 may incur additional charges to Sponsor. The museum will advise the sponsor of these charges in advance.
- Entertainment – Most types of entertainment are permissible in the Museum. Final approval must be obtained by the Event Coordinator at the Museum.
